Congratulations OAR Northwest

Congratulations to UPS alumni Brad Vickers (IPE Class of 2005), Jordan Hanssen, Dylan LeValley and Greg Spooner, teammates of Ocean Adventure Racing (OAR) Northwest, winners of the Shepherd Ocean Fours trans-Atlantic race!

These four gentlemen rowed from New York City to Falmouth, England in a time of 68 days, 23 hours and 18 minutes to win this international competition. They are the first Americans to row the Atlantic and the first persons ever to row from mainland U.S. to mainland Great Britain.
