Food, film and IPE at the Blue Mouse Theater during Tacoma's Sister City Film festival. The Ministry of Hegemony recommends that you check out the action each Thursday through April 5. For $15 you get a film from one of the countries that is linked to Tacoma through the Sister City program plus food from that country, too. Doors open at 5:45 pm.
