Mt. Kilimanjaro Climb by Shawn Crump ('15)

IPE major Shawn Crump ('15) will be climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with her parents from December 26th to January 1st to raise money for an educational organization based in Manaus, Brazil called The Association for the Cohesive Development of the Amazon. Funds will support an ADCAM vocational program that helps teens from poor neighborhoods gain experience before entering the job market, an advantage that very few get the chance to benefit from.

Her goal is to raise $3945, which is the number of meters she will rise vertically from start to summit.
